With over 15 years of Cisco Collaboration consulting experience, Ossamah has been focused on the success of Cisco enterprise customers worldwide. Ossamah brings his extensive contact center expertise to enhance the agent/supervisor customer interaction experience with our world class 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse and Dashboards & Wallboards. In this role, Ossamah will be responsible for supporting our partners and customers to provide ultimate product knowledge and support.
Ossamah brings extensive Contact Center know-how with a focus on large scale enterprise customers, qualities that are all needed for a growing company like 2Ring. "In terms of revenue, 2019 has been the best year since the company was founded in 2001,” says Michal Grebac, Strategic Sales & Marketing Director at 2Ring. “We have been growing year after year, and we cannot be more enthusiastic about bringing Ossamah on board with us to devote additional time, resources, and skillsets to our products."
Prior to joining the 2Ring team, Ossamah worked as a Collaboration Architect for Presidio Inc., where he was responsible for implementing large scale Cisco Collaboration solutions for Enterprise Customers. He also received his MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in Technology.
