2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse is a set of simple, open, and smart tools for improving productivity and user experience across all Cisco Contact Center platforms (Express, Enterprise, and Packaged UCCE). - Finesse 12.5 - added out of the box support for Cisco Finesse 12.5 release.
- Shortcuts - added shortcuts to several gadgets via the new Finesse 12.5 shortcuts API.
- 2Ring Phone Services - added a new configuration setting for changing the cache duration for Phone Services contacts.
- Added anonymous authentication for External HTTP Services Proxy.
To request an upgrade of your system to the latest release, please contact us. It is definitely recommended to move to 4.4 release as soon as possible as the end of service for 3.x and older releases has been set to June 30, 2020 – more on this here. Also, this 4.4 release is the last one that doesn't require the use of new Linux servers. More on this in our 5.0 release notes here.
