2Ring GADGETS for Cisco Finesse version 2.0.1 is available as of today.
- 2Ring ORCHESTRATOR (workflow mechanism) now contains references to sample configuration files and to the solution's documentation
- Inside of 2Ring TEAM Gadget, profile apps do not reload/refresh upon switching between apps/tabs under the existing agent/user profile
- The process of loading of queues in 2Ring TEAM Gadget is no longer impacted by uppercase login name
