Engineering Deathmatch is a Web TV series that puts network and UC engineers against each other to prove who has the best configuration skills.
2Ring has been working with Engineering Deathmatch on one episode a year during Cisco Live! events since 2015.

- 2018 (Orlando) - in the fourth Cisco Live! edition of the Engineering Deathmatch sponsored by 2Ring, two engineers (Steve Earl and Andres Sarmiento) were challenged to configure 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse v3.6 (add a browser extension from 2Ring to Chrome, configure buttons for 2Ring Toolbar gadget and add it to Cisco Finesse layout, make 2Ring Ticker Gadget persistent across tabs within Cisco Finesse) and 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards v6.2 (update a wallboard layout and add a YouTube video):
- 2017 (Las Vegas) - Erik Peterson and Josh Warcop competed in configuring 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards v6.1 (building a new wallboard layout that would display a grid with agent details, queue stats, service level, weather, a YouTube video and last but not least a scrolling banner):
- 2016 (Las Vegas) - Josh Kittle and Brad Clarke had a deathmatch in configuring 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse (add a button to blind transfer call to IVR, configure CallVariable editor and 2Ring Team Gadget) and 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards v5 (deploy and configure):
