- Customers on any version below 8.2.x should contact 2Ring to upgrade to the latest release of 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse:

- 2Ring Compact Agent – all versions, customers using 2Ring Compact Agent should switch to Cisco Finesse enhanced with 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse.
- 2Ring Phone Services – all versions and editions, customers utilizing Phone Services in their contact centers should upgrade to the latest release of 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse to gain new address-book and speed-dial features that are available there.
