Data from Many Data Sources
2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards integrates with multiple data sources without the need for deploying several instances of our application. 2Ring uses a connector to gather data from the various sources. These sources include Cisco WebEx Contact Center, Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) / Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE), Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) Cisco Unity, Staffino, Amazon Connect, Genesys PureEngage, Upstream Works, Salesforce (SFDC), and ServiceNow (SNOW). Since we use connectors, it is possible to show data in a single view from a variety of data sources. Customers are entitled to use all 2Ring’s connectors at no additional charge.
2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards provides multiple options for bringing external data and content to your layouts by using SQL scripting or by embedding 3rd party web-based content, like YouTube videos, weather reports, or PDFs.
