Data from Many Data Sources

2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards provides connectors for multiple standard data sources including CUCM (CallManager - to show performance and real-time data about extensions and hunt groups), Cisco Unity® (how many voicemails are waiting for agents to handle), Cisco® Contact Center Express (UCCX), Enterprise (UCCE - including Packaged UCCE), Staffino (how many "thank yous" your agents received), Amazon Connect, the Genesys Cloud CX™ platform, Genesys Engage™, Salesforce®, and ServiceNow®. It should also be noted that a single instance of 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards can be used for multiple UCCX/UCCE clusters, and customers have access to all of the connectors listed above.

If your app/system is not listed, please contact us. 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards provides multiple options for bringing external data / content to your layouts by using SQL scripting or by embedding 3rd party web-based content.

Wide Content Support

All the connectors mentioned under "Data from Many Data Sources" make your data available in a form of KPIs with thresholds (good, neutral, bad) and grids (tables with data). However, your layouts can also include 1) banners / message tickers - containing support for text messages, pictures and current time/date, 2) web-based content / reports, 3) static and live video streams (incl. YouTube), and 4) pictures/logos, and 5) PDF slides (export PowerPoint slides to a PDF file - 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards takes care of auto-paging through your content).

No Limits

There is no limit on the number of KPI’s displayed - on the number of objects/frames that you use in your layout. In fact you can embed entire layout into a layout and run a sequence. There is also no limit on the number of dashboard layouts that you create. You are free to create multiple layouts for every site, department, and user group. Lat but not least, there is no limit on the number of users viewing your layouts. You can display your layouts on as many screens, monitors, devices as you need, so go ahead and provide access to your layouts to as many users as needed.

Notifications and Alerts

Notifications available with Color Changes, Blinking, E-Mail and Audible Alerts and optional integration with Tropo, WebText, or other texting Services - see more under IFTTT feature. It is also possible to set 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards to send automated messages to rooms / spaces in Cisco Webex®.

Merging and Summing Metrics

With 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards, it is possible to for example create a grid showing total values for multiple hunt groups. Also, starting with 7.1 release, it is much easier to filter KPIs and grids in general as users are able to create parameter groups and thus apply multiple parameters at once.


Sequence means that the entire screen or a portion of the screen can automatically flip to different content. You can rotate a sequence of layouts which can look like this: layout A for 10 seconds, then switch to layout B for 15, and then to layout C for 25 seconds. You can also sequence multiple KPI types or Grids within a layout's frame - e.g. show a list of top 10 performing agents for 20 seconds, and then have same area/frame to show stats of all the contact center queues. 2Ring Power Tool Feature

2Ring Power Tool is a window that is usually configured to float on top of all the other application windows and keep agents up-to-speed about their own call center state, and any other relevant metrics.

This is achieved using a personalized layout, so a single layout that supervisor creates and manages and that then displays every agent metric that are relevant to him or her – including a personalized target and fulfilment of such target on the current day. Of course, displayed metrics can change color, blink, and trigger audible alerts based on thresholds configured by the supervisor.

The 2Ring Power Tool then allows every user to move the window anywhere on their screen/s or resize the window to their liking. Of course, these changes are preserved, so on the next day, when the agent starts a new shift, the tool will automatically start in the last known position and with the last known window size.

 Think of the Power Tool as the “Window” into your existing 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards. Rather than displaying layouts on a large screen monitors in the office or hiding important metrics in a dedicated browser tab, let agents see a personalized layout with all the important data on top of all the application windows.
