As a result, this information is intended to assist customers to transition from their current perpetual license model of the Affected Software Programs and help them understand how 2Ring can assist in migrating to 2Ring Self-Hosted Subscription model – which provides many benefits, incl. 24×7 SLA support, and unbundling many of the 2Ring Software Programs, which enables for only purchasing the specific options that each contact center team needs.

The last day to order any of the affected product(s), add more licenses, and renew support under the existing perpetual license model is July 28, 2023.
Prospective customers are encouraged to subscribe to 2Ring Software Products via Cisco Systems, Inc. using 2Ring-Self-Hosted Subscription model:
