2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards is a software solution that empowers business users and supervisors to deliver information in real-time to every screen.

Information means data from multiple data sources and built using various content types. The following contact center platforms are supported out of the box – Five9, Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage (on premise), Amazon Connect (AWS), Cisco Contact Centers (Webex Contact Center - WXCC, Express - UCCX, Enterprise - UCCE, Packaged UCCE), Cisco CallManager (CUCM) & Cisco Unity, and it is also possible to display data from ServiceNow (SNOW) and Salesforce. The application is flexible enough for business users to add / change pictures, PowerPoint slides, web-content, or include weather information and forecasts or YouTube videos and streams on the fly.

A screen does not only mean a large plasma screen in contact centers and breakrooms, but it also means the individual devices (PCs, tablets, cell-phones – mobile devices) of agents, supervisors, or even of managers who are not part of the contact center. Whatever the device, end-users only need a web-browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) to access and view any of the existing layouts – views.

Traditional wallboard solutions are licensed based on the number of screens that you want to put your views on. 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards is different, our subscriptions is based on the concurrent number of agents and supervisors that we calculate data about on the given call center platform. This means that once you cover your agents, there are no license restrictions on how many screens you can put your views or to how many users you provide access.

Unified Layouts  

Create layouts (views) that do not only contain call center metrics, but also present business data from any SQL source, ServiceNow (SNOW), or Salesforce (SFDC). You can also include marquees / tickers (for supervisors to communicate valuable tips and reminders), banners, pictures, PDF files (for sharing PowerPoint slides), YouTube videos, and weather information (current or forecast).
