Data from Many Data Sources
2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards integrates with multiple data sources without the need for deploying several instances of our application. 2Ring uses a connector to gather data from the various sources. These sources include Cisco Webex Contact Center, Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) / Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE), Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Staffino, Amazon Connect, the Genesys Engage™ platform, Upstream Works, Salesforce (SFDC), and ServiceNow (SNOW). Since we use connectors, it is possible to show data in a single view from a variety of data sources.
2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards provides multiple options for bringing external data and content to your layouts by using SQL scripting or by embedding 3rd party web-based content, like YouTube videos, weather reports, or PDFs. If your application or system is not listed, please contact us, as we are always looking to add new capabilities and features.

Wide Content Support
All the connectors mentioned under "Data from Many Data Sources" make your data available in a form of KPIs with thresholds (good, neutral, and bad) and grids (tables with data). In addition to KPI’s and Grids, your layouts can also include Banners, Web-Based Content, Videos, Pictures, and PDFs.
Banners can be a static message or a scrolling ticker with support for text, pictures, and current time/date. Banners can be updated from Finesse, when sending a Broadcast Message.
Just about any kind of web-based content can be displayed in 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards. Content can be information from an Intranet site, a report viewable in a web browser (CUIC), or other web sites.
Static and live video streams, including YouTube, can be displayed with or without sound in 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards. Videos could display news or training information for your team.
Pictures & Images
Pictures and Logos can be included in 2Ring Dashboard and Wallboard Layouts. Some examples we have seen are: employee of the month, client visits, or visual additions just to make the wallboard more visually appealing to view.
Display PDF files such-as PowerPoint slides that have been saved in PDF format. Even better, 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards can take care of auto-paging through your content. Examples we have seen are: training information, employee of the month, lunch menus, and word or concept of the day.
With no limits on the number of KPIs, layouts, or viewers, we make it easy to give people the right information at the right time. With an unlimited number of displayable KPIs you can view as little or as much information needed to perform your job. There is also no limit on the number of dashboard layouts that you can create. You are free to build multiple layouts for teams, agents, supervisors, managers, sites, and/or departments. Sequences can be created by embedding multiple wallboard layouts into a single layout. There is no limit on the number of users viewing your layouts, so you can display layouts on as many screens, monitors, or devices as is required.
Create and Adjust on the Fly
2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards is a fully web-based tool built to empower Business Users to make to their own changes to their Dashboards & Wallboards without needing to involve the IT Department, maximizing efficiency and saving time for all involved divisions and departments.
Create and Adjust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Metrics
Pick one of the 250+ out-of-the-box available KPIs, utilize it in its default state, or adjust its calculation parameters if needed. Thresholds such as Good, Neutral, or Bad, are easy to setup and can trigger alerts such as Color Changes, Blinking, E-Mail and Audible Alerts or optional integration with text/SMS providers such as: Tropo, WebText, Bandwidth.com or other API based texting services. Further alerts can be sent to Collaboration Software like Cisco WebEx (Rooms or Spaces), Microsoft Teams, Slack, and/or Discord.
Create and adjust Grids
With over 45 Column Headings it is easy to display a filtered and sorted list of agents or queues with auto-paging. Just like with our KPIs, the value in the grid can trigger alerts or notifications.
Create and adjust Message Tickers / Marquees
Send text/SMS messages to banners that are part of your wallboards in real-time. Adjust scrolling speed or even text direction (e.g. left to right or right to left). The text contained in the banners can even be modified by using our Gadgets for Cisco Finesse. Learn more here.
Create and Adjust Layouts
We took our already easy-to-use interface and made it even easier to build layouts with. Now you can pick one of many layout templates, adjust it, or build your own from scratch by dragging & dropping content. Just when you thought building Wallboards could not get any easier, it did.
Create and Adjust Content Sequences & Layout Sequences
Assign the desired layout or content to each Sequence and have it displayed for desired amount of time before moving to the next Sequence, cycling indefinitely. Want to change the ordering? Simply drag and drop to re-assign order of your Sequences. See Sequences for more information.
Register External Content
Make your layouts enjoyable to view with External Content. 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards can display pictures, PDF files (save your PowerPoint slides to PDF - 2Ring can provide auto-paging), YouTube Videos (incl. live streams), Weather (current & forecasts), and any of your web-based content (stock information, exchange rates, menu in your cafeteria, etc.).
Set Up Alerts
Alert Agents and Supervisors to changing conditions in the Contact Center before they become a problem. Further alerts can be sent to Collaboration Software like Cisco WebEx (Rooms or Spaces), Microsoft Teams, Slack, and/or Discord. Even if your organization uses multiple Collaboration Tools, we can send alerts to one tool or simultaneously to several tools.
Touch Screen Friendly (incl. mobile devices)
2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards was built to provide real-time statistics in a web browser. This is ideal folks that are on the move and not at their office, using a mobile phone or tablet for accessing information on the go. Because our Dashboards & Wallboards works in a standard web browser, there is no need to download and install any additional apps. Also, one layout fits all the screen dimensions thanks to our automatic resizing of content to the screen's resolution or to the window's size. Merging and Summing Metrics
Neither CUIC nor Live Data allow you to merge data from multiple Queues or Skill Groups into one row. 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards makes this possible, creating a Grid showing total values for multiple Queues or even Skill Groups. We take this a step further and make it easy to get the exact data you want and need by applying filters to KPIs and Grids. Users are also able to create Parameter Groups so they can quickly and easily apply multiple Parameters at once, simply by selecting a few checkboxes.
Sequence means that the entire screen or a portion of the screen can automatically flip to a different type of content. You can rotate a Sequence of layouts which can look like this: Layout A for 10 seconds, then switch to layout B for 15 seconds, and then to layout C for 25 seconds. You can also Sequence multiple KPI types or Grids within a layout's frame or area – for example: Show a list of top 10 performing agents for 20 seconds, and then have same area/frame show statistics of all the contact center queues. Multi-Tenancy - Business Units
Create Tenant or Business Units to allow different departments or groups to have their own wallboard layouts, so that they can make changes and alterations to their own layouts without changing other groups' wallboard layouts.
Use 2Ring Data for Node-RED Workflow Actions (IFTTT)
2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards provides audible and visual alerts, but sometimes you need another system or hardware device to react to a threshold in our Dashboards & Wallboards. We make it easy to build a workflow that triggers another system to perform an action. We can send these types of requests to Node-RED, IFTTT, or similar workflow solutions. An example we have developed in the past made a siren light on the call center floor go off when the number of calls in queue was over X amount.
Embed Layouts in Other Apps
2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards makes it easy to embed your Dashboard layouts in other applications - such as agent and supervisor desktops including Webex Contact Center, Cisco Finesse via the use of 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse, or Cisco Jabber for Windows. You can even embed Dashboard layouts into CRM or ITSM Tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow or other applications that support iFrames.

Azure AD Authentication Support
If your organization uses Azure Active Directory (AD), 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards can utilize Azure's Active Directory credentials to authenticate users.
