2Ring Successfully Passes ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification

Bratislava, Slovakia — 2Ring is proud to announce that 2 Ring, spol. s r.o., the parent company of 2Ring America, Inc., producer of 2Ring software solutions, has successfully passed the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification audit. This information security management certification applies to 2Ring’s production and sale of software products and confirms that 2Ring has robust safeguards in place to protect data when working with clients, partners, and stakeholders. 

This achievement builds on 2Ring’s previous success in obtaining ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification in April 2022, underscoring the company’s long-term commitment to data security and compliance with international standards. 

While there are several accepted security framework certifications available, 2Ring specifically selected the ISO 27001 standard, opting for it instead of the SOC 2 accreditation, as the ISO 27001 protocol prescribes a broader, organization-wide approach to safely administrating information security management.  Even though both security frameworks have nearly identical standards, ISO is globally recognized while SOC 2 is primarily adopted in North America. Since 2Ring serves customers around the world, opting for the internationally recognized ISO standard was essential.
