Bugs Fixed
- MD5 hashing was replaced with SHA1 to accommodate FIPS compliant systems
- IE8 compatibility fix that prevented displaying grids and kpis
- Incorrect behavior for zero value in thresholds
- Broken High Availability (HA) mode (4.5.1 brings it back with improved implementation for all connectors)
