What is 2Ring?

Feed and deliver data from your cloud contact center instance to 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards (a native cloud based offering), a powerful solution that allows you to setup KPIs and metrics to your liking into beautiful layouts, so that you can stay in the know about the performance of your contact center at all times.

Is 2Ring available globally? Where is 2Ring supported?

Yes, 2Ring is headquartered in both North America (Sacramento) and EMEA (Slovakia) to support global reach. The latest list of hosting regions (USA, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union – Germany, Australia), is always available at https://www.2ring.com/hostingregions

How is 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards licensed?

The peak number of concurrently logged in agents/supervisors to a customer’s domain has to be covered by the 2Ring Cloud Subscription. To clarify, what matters is the peak number of agents + supervisors that the 2Ring solution processes data from, not the number of boards nor the number of viewers/actual active users of 2Ring.

Is there a minimum seat count requirement for 2Ring?

The minimum seat count is 10 concurrently logged-in agents per connector.

Does 2Ring provide any services?

A one-time 2Ring Cloud Service Activation Fee is required for all new customers/subscriptions, but it can be waived for subscriptions with a 3-year commitment (2Ring’s prior approval is needed).

How much time is needed to get 2Ring up and running?

We request at least 10 day advanced notice before engaging in project; however, we will do our best to be as flexible as possible. Please contact us to discuss timelines.2

Can the 2Ring subscription be cancelled?

Customers cannot cancel a 2Ring Cloud Subscription after the order has been activated by 2Ring. The number of licenses specified in an accepted 2Ring Cloud Subscription cannot be decreased prior to the end of the current term regardless of any termination, nonpayment, non-use, other conduct, or inaction on the part of the customer. Termination of the 2Ring Cloud Subscription requires providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to termination. Customer needs to provide such notice to 2Ring. What data centers does 2Ring utilize?

2Ring utilizes Microsoft Azure global data centers.
