Ordering 2Ring Cloud

  • Ordering in CCW via the use of these top-level SKUs:
    • 2Ring-SaaS (use to add 2Ring Cloud Subscription)
    • 2Ring-1TF (use to add activation fee)

  • Ordering Notes:
    • 2Ring Cloud offering is only available for cloud-based data sources, such as Cisco Webex Contact Center, ServiceNow, and similar – 2Ring Cloud option is not available for customers with Cisco UCCX, UCCE, and PCCE, such customers need to go with a self-hosted subscription (2Ring-SB), which is then hosted by the customer or their Cisco reseller even in AWS or similar datacenter.
    • A minimum quantity for 2Ring Cloud Subscription (2RC-DW-WXCC) is 10. “A license filter” is currently not available for the WxCC connector, so the peak number of concurrently logged in agents + supervisors to a customer’s WxCC tenant has to be covered by the 2Ring subscription. To clarify, what matters is the peak number of agents + supervisors that the 2Ring solution processes data from, not the number of boards nor the number of viewers/actual active users of 2Ring.
    • A minimum committed term for 2Ring Cloud Subscription is 12 months.
    • A Service Activation Fee (2Ring-1TF -> 2RC-SERVICES) is required for all new customers/subscriptions, but it can be waived for subscriptions with a 3-year commitment (2Ring’s prior approval is needed).
    • Existing 2Ring customers with perpetual licenses for 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards or 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse are eligible for a migration cloud subscription rate available under 2RC-DW-CRD. This Rate is only available for the INITIAL subscription term and up to the number of licenses owned for a perpetual deployment. Customers migrating from on-premises deployment to 2Ring Cloud are advised to secure this migration rate by committing to a minimum a 3-year subscription. Such subscriptions must have auto-renewal turned off, as after the initial term, the subscription will need to be renewed using then current subscription rate.
    • 2Ring should receive at least 10 days advanced notice before engaging in project.
    • Customers cannot cancel a 2Ring Cloud Subscription after the order has been released and activated by Cisco. The number of user subscriptions specified in an accepted Cloud Subscription cannot be decreased prior to the end of the term regardless of any termination, nonpayment, non-use, other conduct, or inaction on the part of the customer.
    • Termination of the 2Ring Cloud Subscription requires providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to termination. Customer needs to provide such notice to its Cisco Partner (Reseller) and 2Ring.
