2Ring Phone Services (PS) is a package of advanced services enhancing the potential of Cisco IP telephony.

The services are accessible through Cisco IP phones, Cisco Jabber, IP Communicator, MS Outlook, web browser, or a combination of all.

The solution is pre-approved to co-reside on Business Edition 6000 (BE6K) and 7000 (BE7K), and available for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 5 - 12.x.

Get all the available contacts to the place where you expect them to be – the phone and make it easy to search all the corporate contacts through a web portal.

Save time thanks to advanced caller identification  

Know who is calling you, and get notified about missed calls via email. 

Leverage the existing Cisco IPT infrastructure for PA broadcasts  

Leverage the existing Cisco IP telephony infrastructure for PA broadcasting, where Cisco IP Phones can serve as a source (microphone) and also as speakers for PA broadcasts. This alone can save you extensive cabling/wiring jobs in the office

Add Basic Contact Center Features to CUCM  

If you are not yet ready to make the transition to a full contact center, you can start by using 2Ring Phone Services for adding some of the call center features to your CUCM.
