The 2Ring Connector for ServiceNow® uplifts agents’ incident response experience. This Connector uses ServiceNow data to identify callers, and automatically create an interaction activity record (with a link to Calabrio® Call Recording) for each inbound and outbound call. 2Ring Soft-phone lives inside of the ServiceNow interface, and it enables full call control experience, as well as displays CallVariables with additional info about agent’s current call. Configurable action buttons allow agents to trigger multiple custom workflows and automations. Simple access to external address-books and speed-dial buttons is supported to streamline consult calls and transfers.
