We do software in which we can use our extensive know-how related to Cisco and Avaya
IP Telephony and Contact Centers. However, our flexible software
solutions sometimes go even beyond this packaged software. Overall, we are always ready to do customizations
of any of our packaged software and it doesn’t matter whether it is for a Fortune
500 company or a small 10-agent Contact Center since we truly understand
the requirements of the B2B segment.
Thanks to our large suite of high-quality software products, we successfully employ
an indirect sales strategy that allows system integrators to see 2Ring as a one-stop
shop for 3rd party add-ons for their clients. We focus on our core activity – software
development and consultations – and our partners obtain most of the add-ons
that their clients need from us instead of several other independent software vendors.
We are also proud of the strong and high-quality presales support that we
provide to our partners. The growing lists of our active business partners as well
as of 2Ring certified system engineers able to deploy and support our applications
ensure us that this is the right approach.
What we do, we usually do at or from our main site in Bratislava, Slovakia, the
European Union. However, we are also actively present in the Czech Republic (since
2005), Poland (2007), Canada and the USA (2009), and Romania (2010).
