With the goal of promoting the brand new release of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express version 10, Cisco has decided to organize five Cisco Express Customer Collaboration – Technical Partner Summits between January and May, 2014. These roadshows are technical, hands-on, highly interactive events, focusing on the best technical contact center practices.
The first UCCX10 roadshow is scheduled for January 22-24, 2014, in Boxborough, MA – in the Cisco contact center capital. 2Ring, a strong player in the development of GADGETS for Cisco Finesse, was invited to sponsor the event and present its products in two sessions.
