Cisco Solutions Plus


Cisco Solutions Plus is a reselling program that places a select set of “Cisco Compatible” products on the Cisco Systems price list, enabling customers to order these products directly from Cisco sales teams and channel partners.

2Ring products in the Cisco Solutions Plus Program complement and augment Cisco’s advanced technology products to create complete solutions.

Ordering 2Ring Cloud

  • Ordering in CCW via the use of these top-level SKUs:
    • 2Ring-SaaS (use to add 2Ring Cloud Subscription)
    • 2Ring-1TF (use to add activation fee)

  • Ordering Notes:
    • 2Ring Cloud offering is only available for cloud-based data sources, such as Cisco Webex Contact Center, ServiceNow, and similar – 2Ring Cloud option is not available for customers with Cisco UCCX, UCCE, and PCCE, such customers need to go with a self-hosted subscription (2Ring-SB), which is then hosted by the customer or their Cisco reseller even in AWS or similar datacenter.
    • A minimum quantity for 2Ring Cloud Subscription (2RC-DW-WXCC) is 10. “A license filter” is currently not available for the WxCC connector, so the peak number of concurrently logged in agents + supervisors to a customer’s WxCC tenant has to be covered by the 2Ring subscription. To clarify, what matters is the peak number of agents + supervisors that the 2Ring solution processes data from, not the number of boards nor the number of viewers/actual active users of 2Ring.
    • A minimum committed term for 2Ring Cloud Subscription is 12 months.
    • A Service Activation Fee (2Ring-1TF -> 2RC-SERVICES) is required for all new customers/subscriptions, but it can be waived for subscriptions with a 3-year commitment (2Ring’s prior approval is needed).
    • Existing 2Ring customers with perpetual licenses for 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards or 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse are eligible for a migration cloud subscription rate available under 2RC-DW-CRD. This Rate is only available for the INITIAL subscription term and up to the number of licenses owned for a perpetual deployment. Customers migrating from on-premises deployment to 2Ring Cloud are advised to secure this migration rate by committing to a minimum a 3-year subscription. Such subscriptions must have auto-renewal turned off, as after the initial term, the subscription would need to be renewed using then current subscription rate.
    • 2Ring should receive at least 10 days advanced notice before engaging in project.
    • Customers cannot cancel a 2Ring Cloud Subscription after the order has been released and activated by Cisco. The number of user subscriptions specified in an accepted Cloud Subscription cannot be decreased prior to the end of the term regardless of any termination, nonpayment, non-use, other conduct, or inaction on the part of the customer.
    • Termination of the 2Ring Cloud Subscription requires providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to termination. Customer needs to provide such notice to its Cisco Partner (Reseller) and 2Ring.

Ordering 2Ring Self-Hosted / On-Premises

  • Ordering in CCW via the use of these top-level SKUs:
    • 2Ring-SB (to add 2Ring Self-Hosted Subscriptions)
    • 2Ring-1TF (to add activation fee and upgrade to SLA Diamond)

  • Ordering Notes:
    • 2Ring subscriptions can be mixed, so every contact center team can pick what 2Ring subscription is right for them (DW only, GA+DW, GA + any of 2Ring add-ons, …)
    • A minimum quantity for 2Ring Self-Hosted Subscriptions is 10.
    • A minimum committed term for 2Ring Self-Hosted Subscription is 12 months.
    • 2Ring Subscription Offering requires customers to provide its own server / virtual machines – 2Ring fees do not include hosting nor 2Ring provides any 3rd party software licenses or load balancers. Please align customer’s expectations so there is enough time to setup all the necessary VMs and to install/configure 2Ring solution(s) and set the RSD (requested start date) accordingly.
      • Cisco defines RSD as a minimum of 3 days and no more than 90 days from order date
    • Customers cannot cancel a 2Ring self-hosted subscription after the order has been released and shipped. The number of user subscriptions specified in an accepted self-hosted subscription cannot be decreased prior to the end of the term regardless of any termination, nonpayment, non-use, other conduct, or inaction on the part of the customer.
    • Termination of the Software Subscription requires providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to termination. Customer needs to provide such notice to its Cisco Partner (Reseller) and 2Ring.

      • SLA Standard (24x7 support) is part of each 2Ring Subscription
      • SLA Diamond - SLA Terms Upgrade to Diamond SLA for 2RING-SB is available under the 2RING-1TF top level SKU. Quantity of 1 is needed for every started 12 months - so an SLA upgrade to SLA Diamond for 36 months (or even for 25 months) requires a quantity of 3 2RS-SLA-DIAMOND (even if the customer has multiple 2Ring Self-Hosted subscriptions - SLA upgrade is attached to the end-customer as such, and not to a subscription).
